Linehub welcomes Marjolein Tijmes as new Head of HR & Office

Linehub welcomes Marjolein Tijmes as its new Head of HR & Office. Since joining the organisation on 1 June, she has taken on the role of further professionalising Linehub’s HR strategy and supporting the company’s next phase of growth. Her focus will be on further developing a performance-driven organisation where result-oriented working, ownership and employee wellbeing go hand in hand.

As Linehub continues its international expansion, the strategic role of HR within the organisation is growing alongside it. In her role as Head of HR & Office, Marjolein will build on the existing foundations within the organisation, with the ambition to translate Linehub’s existing drive and ambitions into an even more professional organisational structure. Her goal is to further develop HR into a strategic partner that supports leaders, helps talent grow and creates a culture where both people and performance can excel.
