Reporting a Vulnerability
If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please report it responsibly via:

What to Include in Your Report
- A clear description of the vulnerability and its potential impact;
- Detailed, step-by-step instructions to reproduce it;
- Relevant screenshots, proof, or a safe proof-of-concept (avoid including any sensitive data).
Guidelines – What We Ask From You
To protect the safety, privacy, and availability of our systems, users, and data, please follow these rules:
Do NOT:
- Publicly disclose the vulnerability before it is fixed;
- Copy, modify, or delete any data;
- Alter systems or disrupt our services;
- Target physical security measures or third-party systems;
- Introduce malware;
- Perform brute-force, DDoS, or other destructive attacks;
- Engage in social engineering or send spam;
- Publicly share confidential information;
- Download or access more data than strictly necessary to demonstrate the issue.
Do:
- Delete any confidential data obtained as soon as possible;
- Act in good faith to avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service interruptions;
- Provide enough detail for us to reproduce and resolve the issue quickly;
- Report responsibly and contact us directly.
What You Can Expect From Us
We commit to the following:
- Acknowledging your report within 5 business days;
- Carefully reviewing and assessing the vulnerability;
- Providing an estimated timeline for resolution;
- Treating your report confidentially;
- Not sharing your personal information with third parties without consent (unless legally required);
- Accepting anonymous or pseudonymous reports (note: we won’t be able to update you on progress in these cases);
- For high-quality reports of previously unknown issues (if you choose to be credited):
- Keeping you informed about remediation progress;
- Crediting you as the discoverer in communications related to the issue;
- Adding your name to our Wall of Fame as a public thank-you for your contribution.
We work hard to fix reported issues as quickly as possible.
